“Aurora's Wedding”

A Wonderful divertissement of the 3rd act of the ballet "Sleeping Beauty" by Piotr Tchaikovsky has always conquered the hearts and minds of audiences of all generations throughout the world.

Enchanting music, Classically tailored costumes and Stage sceneries will collectively immerse you in the magical world of a French fairy tale.

The festivities takes place in the Palace of Ludwig IV where guests are invited to the wedding of Princess Aurora and Prince Desiree.

These are the characters of Charles Perrault's fairy tales:

Princess Florina, the Bluebird, The White Cat, Puss-In-Boots, Little Red Riding Hood, the Wolf.

The final mazurka unites all the images of the great classical choreography, and the truly talented ballerina’s of The Ukrainian Ballet of Peace will ensure an evening of genuine artistic pleasure for all.  

"CARMEN SUITE"

A one-act ballet by choreographer Alberto Alonso (Cuba), based on Georges Bizet's opera "Carmen", and orchestrated especially for this production by composer Rodion Shchedrin. The libretto of the ballet based on Prosper Mérimée's novel was written by its director, Alberto Alonso.

At the heart of the ballet is the tragic fate of the gypsy Carmen, who works at a tobacco factory in Seville, and the soldier Jose who falls in love with her, whom Carmen leaves for the bright handsome Torero Escamilo. The relationship between the characters and the death of Carmen at the hands of Jose are determined by Fate.

Infectious music and original choreography will transport you to the passionate world of the Spanish bullfight.

Sympathetic lighting design and Stage sceneries of the time will allow the Ukrainian Ballet of Peace immerse you in the world of heroes in sunny and unique Spain.
